This young athlete maintains considerable social media audience
Kai Trump will have plenty of high-profile supporters as she begins her professional golf debut later this week.
This teenage golfer, who is related to a former US president, received a sponsor's invitation to participate at the Annika tournament in the Sunshine State.
The former president, someone who loves golf, possesses multiple golf courses and regularly matches against Kai.
"He's quite skilled. I can't say much but we have tight competitions," she stated.
Kai explained that Trump, unable to come, told her: "Simply don't get nervous."
"He essentially told me to compete and relax," she continued.
"From my perspective, he's simply a regular grandfather. He's not attending for the tournament. He's focused on world affairs, so he's quite busy."
Being non-professional, the golfer has competed in a mere three competitions this year and holds position 461 in AJGA rankings.
However she's able to receive tips from golf legend, who is dating Kai's mother.
"He is the greatest golfer worldwide," Kai stated.
"And he's an even better individual. He suggested me to go out there, have fun, following whatever happens."
Kai will face multiple most prominent players in professional golf at this tournament, such as second-ranked Nelly Korda, British golfer Hull, Lexi Thompson and 2023 champion champion Vu.
Tournament organizers stated that Kai's presence exposes the sport to different demographics, specifically with younger fans.
The young star has a massive following and recently launched an exclusive fashion and living brand.
Her first tee time at late afternoon GMT.
